What we publish, how it is made, and what we will not do.
Every article is built on data we pull and compute ourselves. Prices, volume and open interest come from exchange APIs; derivatives and liquidation data from public market-data providers; on-chain figures from public indexers. From that we render our own charts — the ones you see in each article are generated for that article, not sourced from anywhere else — and compute the levels, ranges and probabilities the text discusses.
We do not republish other outlets' analysis. If a third-party figure or claim appears, it is attributed where it is used.
We use AI to draft prose from data we have already computed. The chart, the levels and the numbers are produced by our own tooling first; the model writes the explanation around them. It is not asked to research, to source facts, or to invent figures, and it has no access to anything beyond the data handed to it.
We say this openly because the alternative — a synthetic byline presented as a person — is dishonest and, when noticed, far more damaging than disclosure. Articles are published under FM Research Desk, which is a desk, not a pretend individual.
Drafts are reviewed before they go live. Review checks the things that actually go wrong with generated text: that the numbers in the prose match the numbers in the chart, that a level is not described as support in one paragraph and resistance in the next, and that no claim has been made that the underlying data does not support.
If we get something wrong we fix the article and say what changed, rather than editing quietly. Substantive corrections are noted in the article itself. Daily analysis pages are also updated in place as the market moves — that is by design, and the “last updated” time on the page always reflects it.
